Version 2.57 / November the 10th

Today we released an update for the finance page. If you choose option 2 (finance analysis based on average transfer prices) you will see that no longer the average transfer price of players, who were fired before selling, is shown. Since you fired the player and hadn’t sold him, you cannot get any payback from him.

We added the best match rating you ever get to your users page. You can reach your users page, by clicking on your name on the who is only list.

Tonights updates

Tonight we released some updates:

1. If your player has a twin in hattrick youthclub you can get more information than you get before. If the twin has a known current skill level in a certain skill, which his higher than the known current skill level of your player in this skill, the maximum for your player is set to this value with a >= in front of it!
2. When for a certain skill of your player the current and the maximum skill level is known and you have not got a fully trained message your player can get more subskills than the maximum shows you. The maximum increases with every training in this skill, since you got a fully trained message or entered it yourself (when the bar in hattrick.org turns into yellow color)
3. If you like to include the trainingsspeed table to your website, you can ask for access to download the trainingsspeed table automatically as a xml file. Please contact us on team@hattrick-youthclub.org

Two new CHPP functions

Today, we are happy to announce two new CHPP functions. No, it is not possible to import player list, now !

When you sold a player the TSI, transfer price and the date of sale are fetched from Hattrick automatically. The skills of the player are not downloaded from Hattrick. Please check them!

When a player got resold from the new owner you simply have to press the button and we fetch the date, the TSI and the transfer interest. When your player got resold for the first time, you get a transfer interest bonus. You have to add this one yourself. We do offer an extra input field for these data, if it is the first resale!

We hope you enjoy this two new functions. They are not the biggest improvements, but as you can see, we try to make the usage of HY more easier

A couple of Updates

We did some smaller updates mainly for usability.

• You can sort by ´days until the player can be promoted to senior team` on skill analysis, position analyis, skill matrix and position matrix, now
• We changed the way the sort arrows work to the way it is on MS Excel. An arrow which points to the bottom means you sort from A to Z.

If you are a Nationalteam Scout, you are now able to search players which a certain range of ratings (stars). You can select, that you like to have the players rating for all orientations of a position and you can choose, if you like to see already bookmarked players, or not.

We tried to enhance the speed of the user overview. It is faster, but not fast enough .

At last, we add an information on match sync, that when the loading bar is not getting green, that Hattricks CHPP is slow or not working.

Promoting a player (CHPP)

In the past you had to the skill levels and tsi manually, when you promote a player to your senior team. Now we are able to fetch these data from Hattrick. When you promote a player, we request all levels of the player skills and insert them automatically. Of course this does only work, if CHPP of hattrick is working and if you had promoted the player in Hattrick first. You have to accept the values before the player is promoted in hattrick youthclub, too.

We think this will ease the use of hattrick youthclub one more time

Trainingsspeed table

All users have access to the trainingsspeed table, now. We hadn´t published it earlier, because we fear that a lot of users will tell us, that it is wrong. These users can be right! But before you start telling us that the table is wrong please keep these points in your mind:

1. training in youth academy is faster then in senior team, but only when you add the speed of training A and B
2. the table is made from our experience based on the users data. it cannot be right, but the table can also not be very wrong

We hope that you will enjoy the table, and that you can use it for your training planings.

We introduce also some other small updates with the version 2.48.0. Here is a short overview:

• on skill- and position-analysis the last skill / position you choose is automatically selected when you use it again
• the statistics got an update. have a look on the statistics about scouting in your and other countries
• if you player was not added by copy-and-paste function, we do not know his HT ID. From now on, we add his HT ID to his profile, when he played on a match and got a rating
• finally we did an improvement in database access regarding the “who-is-online”-page

Saveable sort sequence of pages and the old skill order

You can select your prefered sort sequence for every page on pages where you can sort the content individually. Select your prefered configuration on a certain page and press the save button!

Some users prefer the old style how hattrick shows the skills. If you are one of these, you can switch to the old sequence of the skills in the account settings!

Mail notifications

If you like to get an e-mail notification, when you receive an hy-mail you can enter your e-mail on hattrick youthlub account settings. You can choose if other users are allowed to see your e-mail and if you like to receive this e-mail notifications!

If you add your e-mail there, the support-team have another way to contact you, if there is a problem.

Do not worry about the privacy of your data. We will not do anything mad with your data (no selling, advertising or any other stupid stuff). Your e-mail is only for hattrick youthclub issues used.

Update

The latest update contains a lot of changes. Here is an overview:

• you can add your facebook id/username on your account settings
• you can hide unwanted forums
• language admins can send newsletters to you
• if you have an ad-blocker we show you, why you should disable it
• HT player ID is shown on player details and player overview page, if available
• HT match ID is shown on lineup page
• players are linked to their details page on finance page

And some internal stuff…

• changes in database queries to reduce server load
• reduce server timeout to reduce internal server errors (500), when HT servers does not respond
• fix of a broken redirect after editing a player

And all the stuff i have already forgotten

I will not publish such a detailed update-log everytime , but this time i did it, because there were a lot of undocumented changes.

Sync problems with Hattrick solved

Hattrick has some problems with the match archive. This is why you could have problems with syncing your matches!

There is already a bug report. We have to wait until it is fixed! We are sorry

Update 16.9.2009: The problem is fixed. No more problems should appear with syncing matches with hattrick!
